Le chef Victor Ostronzec évoque les termes "d'émotions et partage" pour sa cuisine, nous avons effectivement été emportés.
De belles assiettes tant dans la présentation que dans son contenant, des cuissons et des associations maitrisées à la perfection, des produits de qualité, du fondant, de l'onctuosité, quel éveil des papilles !
Service souriant, qui sait mettre en valeur ce menu parfait sublimé par un accord mets et vins recherché.
Merci pour cette belle soirée.
The cuisine is refined and good, but unfortunately the restaurant room is not welcoming with its black and white decoration without any personal touch.

We came to celebrate a birthday. Warm and discreet welcome. The place is refined, decorated without embellishment, that's the main thing. The 2 people in the room are terribly efficient and smiling. The kitchen, what can I say! It's magnificent and magical, it's done with subtlety and refinement. We had the 5 course dinner. We had a wonderful time. 1000 thanks.

3 hours of papillotherapy! The setting is sober and warm, in contact with a Scandinavian light oak table, the room is made to muffle the noise and concentrate on the food. Four appetizers and seven dishes will follow one another and reveal to us in turn the inventiveness of Victor Ostronzec. This evening, the sea takes pride of place. The cooking of the fish is perfect, the presentation of each dish meticulous. The mixture of flavors announced delighted us, sometimes lively, sometimes slight, just spicy on a final bite. The service is efficient and discreet, the room-kitchen complicity is well established. The wines offered cover a wide range of grape varieties and regions as well as prices. The suggestions and advice in this last area were very useful to us, not knowing the menu in advance. I will often think back to the work accomplished on this pigeon bred by Jean-Christophe Duleau de Langon...
