It was fantastic ! Each dish is a culinary journey! Every bite is an experience, from the starter macaron to the coffee, all served with great professionalism. Many thanks, that feels good!

Our children treated us to a service in this restaurant, it was a taste journey, everything is very good, the staff is attentive and explains each dish well. I recommend this establishment.

Tasty! An exciting culinary experience!

Ambivalent evening. Clearly a high level cuisine. Inventive combinations, play on textures, rare materials, sauces to die for. The menu is a discovery with each dish, because nothing is written. Before starting there are appetizers, and ciabata bread with olive oil (good but superfluous). The 6 dishes go down well, it's quite light and the portions are well measured. Quite a few land-sea associations. My disappointment comes from the “truffled imprint” menu. At 135€/person I was expecting truffle and it was only very present in the 1st course (the pie), a little less in the 2nd and transparent in the 3rd before disappearing. A broken promise that spoiled my pleasure. I nevertheless recommend for another menu. Short selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices (7-10€). Excellent service, gentle and precise, in a relatively small room.

Excellent restaurant. Inventive cuisine. An amazing blend of flavors and perfect sauces. Impeccable service. Price a little high, but justified. A great experience to repeat.

Repas exceptionnel depuis les bouchées apéritives jusqu'aux mignardises. Nous avons opté pour un dîner en 6 temps autour de la truffe. L'expérience fût une succession de saveurs de produits nobles (foie gras, ris de veau...) travaillés avec une originalité rare (lamelles d'ormeau, reduction de homard etc.). L'accord mets/vins est remarquable. Le service est à la hauteur du lieu et de la cuisine. Un très grand moment gastronomique.

The hidden flavor of black garlic was stylish and extremely delicious.

The lunch menu was inventive and with small surprises, from amuse bouche to desserts. Everything tasted very good. Wine pairing was excellent. Service was friendly, and efficient also. When in Bordeaux, we will come again.
