Excellent Unforgettable experience Deliciously refined and spicy dishes Impeccable service To do again

Modern, intimate, tasteful interior, simply beautiful tableware and stemware. Solstice immediately impresses in an elegant and understated way. The food was of course delicious being michelin rated. French, but subtle nods to Japanese and Korean influences. The knowledgeable and generosity of the chef, sommelier and maitre d’ were a highlight and special treat. It has left us with a gastronomic memory of Paris that we will cherish.

a very nice discovery. precise, excellent cuisine full of flavors from the first bite of pumpkin and almond to the last with the chocolate cake. a perfect food and wine pairing. delicate and attentive service, a warm setting. In short, a divine moment out of time. Congratulations again to the chef and the entire restaurant team.

I would have liked more Asian or Korean notes in the dishes to better differentiate your address. And also that the chef comes out of his kitchen to share a few words with the guests. Careful service but quite distant
