The wine list is perfectly in tune with the menu. Everything is supported by a professional, discreet and warm service. A complete experience...to be repeated

It was 999/100. It was one of the best restaurants I ate at when I first came to Paris. I vividly remember all the menu items, and the best wines that went well with each dish were also impressive. I hope you come here

I came to Solstice for the first time in October 2021, I was finally able to rediscover this place, which this time I was able to introduce to those around me. A refined, poetic cuisine awaits you, with a delicate hint of Korean cuisine. The service is perfect, we are guided with each bite on what we are about to taste. The setting is subtly decorated, always with a reminder of art, through the magnificent chandelier which dominates the room, or even the few works by a Korean artist which elegantly adorn the walls of this restaurant. We feel good there, and we enjoy ourselves.

Simply charming restaurant. The dishes concocted are fine, the service is exceptional. You will find considerate people, with always clear explanations, nothing is pretended, everything is sincere. The dishes are unique and the sequence follows a logic that will excite your taste buds. One of the best restaurants I have been to, the meal plunges us into a particular space of time where only pleasure and a form of tranquility dominate, even if the place is particularly refined. An experience in short.
