The rooms are very clean and very pretty, a big plus for the bathroom! Regarding the spa ritual, we've been coming for six years, and the water has never been so cold. The hammam and massage ritual left us wanting more. The masseuses were very unfriendly, never smiled, and it was clear they were bothered by their work. What a shame!

We stayed one night and everything was very good. The duplex room was excellent, the spa was magnificent (1.5 hours in a group setting from 5:30 pm to 7 pm), but we were three couples so there were no problems. The meal was excellent, kudos to the chef! A small point to note: with the aperitifs, they served a small bowl with four pretzels and peanuts, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard. A few spreads would have been welcome, as they cost nothing. A minor disappointment in that regard. The staff were very friendly and attentive, a good experience overall.

Lovely, peaceful location. Friendly welcome. Pleasant room with a small terrace area. The swimming pool is a nice touch. Good food, but it's a shame that, apart from cheese, there aren't any local products at breakfast: fresh cheese in a bowl, butter in a block, brioche bread, etc. (the region is really well-suited to this).

I had a wonderful time at the Lion d'Or spa hotel. This was mainly thanks to Hélène's professional service and cheerful disposition. I have very rarely encountered such a professional and pleasant person in the hotel industry, even in 4 or 5-star hotels. The option to reserve the spa privately is a lovely feature for couples. The rooms and restaurant have a very cozy and intimate atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hôtel Le Lion d'Or in Pont-l'Évêque. A huge thank you to Hélène, who was absolutely lovely and took such good care of us from beginning to end. We were truly pampered throughout our stay! The hotel is very clean, perfectly maintained, with a truly intimate and welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to the spa, which we were even able to reserve privately in the evening: a pure moment of relaxation, calm and privileged. We highly recommend it and will gladly return!

A short romantic getaway to the Lion d'Or for one night, but a superb spa hotel with kind and pleasant staff, a magnificent spa area with all the necessary equipment for maximum relaxation, and a spacious and very charming duplex room, it even deserves to be a 5 ⭐️ I recommend it without hesitation and will return with great pleasure.

A wonderful Arabian Nights weekend getaway with a Smartbox gift certificate! The duplex room had very tasteful furnishings and access to the spa area (I felt like I was the only person in the world at 9 am 😉). I highly recommend it!
