Spa Oasis Natura sur Le Grand-Serre

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the spa. The meal afterwards was delicious. We highly recommend this establishment without hesitation. The staff is very pleasant.

One star less for the spa. We're used to Calicéo or Balicina in Lyon. So we were disappointed with the spa area, which has no windows... it's stifling. Plus, a small pool with weak jets, no flavored water or cold or ice baths for the sauna, and no exfoliating sand for the hammam. Those are the points for improvement. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. Superb, refined, and delicate, with generous portions. We appreciated it. And the couples massage was excellent. Very effective. A lovely, relaxing day. Thank you.

We loved it! The setting was magnificent, the food excellent with high-quality ingredients and delicious flavors, and the massages were wonderfully relaxing... The staff were super friendly and very attentive! We'll definitely be back!

A duo package for my little sister's birthday; we savored our time at the spa and loved the couples massage. A haven of warmth and well-being, accompanied by the sound of the wind rustling outside. A true source of nourishment for both mind and body, culminating in the satisfaction of a refined, locally sourced meal.

Excellent meal, very accommodating and pleasant waitress, jacuzzi spa too small, there were 7 of us in it, no privacy, adult and child duo massage, very good, a good time shared in a pretty place in the countryside.

The only slight drawback was the massage; a few scratches from the nails, and no interaction with the client to optimize the pressure applied... but overall, we had a lovely time. We will return; each day is different.

Simply fantastic! My partner and I treated ourselves to a couples package including a massage, spa, and restaurant. It was the second time we'd tried this package, and frankly, we weren't disappointed at all. The 30-minute massage was excellent (a big thank you to Marylou for the quality of the service). The spa, with its sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi, was lovely; it wasn't crowded, so we could really enjoy it. And then the restaurant to finish was truly exceptional! Delicious winter products, fresh and homemade, delicious... In short, everything to please. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were there as a couple for the Valentine's Day spa, massage, and dinner discovery package. A beautiful, very clean place where we received a very warm welcome. The introductory massage was great, and the dinner lived up to its gourmet reputation. Just regarding the spa, the jacuzzi bath wasn't exceptional in my opinion.
