A relaxing Valentine's Day getaway that was a success. A day at the spa, including a one-hour massage. The receptionists were very professional and quickly put us at ease. They provided baskets containing a bathrobe and towel for the day. A changing room was also available. Thank you to our two massage therapists for the treatment; it was very pleasant. You could feel their expertise. The salt cave was a pure moment of serenity, a must-try. I was pleasantly surprised by the restaurant menu. I was afraid the prices would be exorbitant, but not at all; the presentation of the dishes was very refined. Good service, despite a few minor lapses from the staff during the afternoon tea break, but nothing serious. We will be back.

My first visit to the Ventoux Provence spa was very satisfying. The place is fantastic, and the staff is very professional. The brunch offered a wide variety of high-quality products. I will definitely be back very soon.

Hello, We enjoyed our massage (even though 20 minutes is just enough to relax). Your spa is very nice... I will definitely come back. However, we did encounter a couple wearing Birkenstocks (outdoor sandals) and also some women who seemed quite excited to be there, as they were rather noisy. We were hoping to relax. Best wishes.

A fantastic gastronomic getaway! The welcome was incredibly warm, the staff were so attentive, smiling, and so kind! Dinner, brunch, and the room were amazing! The waitresses were lovely! Thank you to the young woman who recommended a nice bar to end the evening! Thank you to the chef for the vegetarian option! 😍 A special thank you to the receptionist for her warm welcome and kindness (the blonde lady). Just one small complaint about the spa afternoon: I found there were more people than lounge chairs, and they were all taken by people with empty baskets (unfortunately, some people were inconsiderate). At one point, I had to "steal" a lounge chair. I highly recommend this short break! Thank you to all the staff!

We came a few years ago and had a good time, but today it wasn't like we remembered! Far too many people for the number of sunbeds and chairs available, especially considering the price of admission! Some people were even taking other people's things to get their own. Why let so many people in if there isn't enough space?! As a result, it was far too noisy, the hammam, outdoor jacuzzi, etc., were full, and we couldn't easily access them. All day long, the outdoor jacuzzi was inaccessible because of the crowds inside! And it cost €47! A woman slipped at the edge of the pool; the lifeguard looked... but didn't bother to check on her to see if she was alright! The massage staff passed us by but didn't think it necessary to say hello either! The pool steps were of questionable cleanliness! It's such a shame we didn't enjoy coming back a few years later!
