This is a very difficult place to rate.
First, we have to separate the hotel from the bar/restaurant:
The bar/restaurant gets 5/5 – the welcome, service, food, and decor are all excellent. It's a pleasant place with quick and attentive service.
The hotel is another story altogether, 1/5.
The smells, the cleanliness, the outdated look...
On the other hand, we encountered an incredible manager: kind, understanding, always looking for solutions, and taking our comments into account without judgment. She manages everything and is very dedicated; she's a gem. I didn't think I'd return to the hotel, but I'm hopeful that things will improve, and perhaps I will. In any case, this person was a wonderful person to meet; she cooks beautifully and takes excellent care of you.

They receive us well, but they need to do pest control. One night I spent there, I was covered in bedbug bites, including on my face. This photo only shows a part of my body. They need to at least replace the mattresses, pillows, and bedding. ‼️‼️🆘️🆘️❌️
A really nice bar with beautiful decor that creates a warm atmosphere and super friendly staff!
Don't hesitate to go for a drink or lunch, or even enjoy the evenings!
