A restaurant well worth the detour.
The setting is magnificent and the welcome incredible.
The food is also amazing—simple and delicious dishes! Even some Alsatian classics.

It was the first time we were there with my husband. Invited by the president of the Offendorf pétanque club. We ate very well and the service was impeccable.

We were passing through on our way to the Black Forest and stopped for coffee and cake. The service was very good, and you could tell the cake was homemade. I've rarely eaten such a delicious cake outside of town. We'd love to stop by again.

Passing through on our way to vacation, we made it a habit to stop whenever possible. Very friendly staff, a lovely place, and a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of food and drinks! I highly recommend this place, a Belgian-Italian traveler...

We came to spend some quality time with my in-laws and received a very warm welcome (as usual). The typical Alsatian meals were, as always, delicious and very generously portioned (one plate for two people). The dessert was excellent. We will definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant.
