Stabatio sur Le Monetier-Les-Bains

Great restaurant in the center of Monetier les Bains, enjoyed the setting too.

Excellent food, even the kids' menu 😃 Great service Pleasant atmosphere We come every year and it's always a pleasure! See you next year 😉

Excellent food and dessert, lovely staff, and stunning decor.

We arrived late and received impeccable service. Good food, good service, and a very pleasant atmosphere.

A place with a very nice industrial decor and an open kitchen. The welcome was cordial but not particularly warm. The menu was original and enticing, but unfortunately, the dishes didn't live up to expectations (or prices). The pasta stuffed with mussels and chorizo was completely dry. The sea bream dish was very good but lacked any real substance (just mashed potatoes); the dessert was bland despite the attractive presentation (there's a difference between lightly sweetened and completely sugar-free in cabbage); and the pavlova lacked a crispy crust.

For a first attempt... it was a success! We'll definitely be back. We're still on vacation for a few more weeks. Keep up the good work! 👍👍🙌🙌

Excellent cuisine in a peaceful setting on the terrace facing the mountains

If you want to eat excellent food in a lovely setting, don't hesitate!! The service was very professional, even on a busy Saturday night! My partner and I have always been very picky about food! But this place is truly in our top 3 favorite restaurants in the Hautes-Alpes!! Go without hesitation!

Everything about this hotel and restaurant is excellent. The food is superb, the staff are brilliant. One of the best places in the valley
