Café de la ferme sur Le Monetier-Les-Bains

Tourist trap: We came with a child because they advertised a children's menu with a kids' burger online. I called in the morning to reserve and they confirmed the kids' burger. When it came time to order, there were no more options: only adult burgers at €24. Obviously, the child didn't eat half of it. The fries were potato wedges, not French fries. The ribeye steak was supposedly from the EU: where did it come from? There was a lot of waste. It's not worth the price. Only the view is worth stopping at the pass. We went to have dessert in Villar d'Arène, a few kilometers away. Reasonable prices, children's play area, peaceful village. Next time, we'll go directly to Villar d'Arène for lunch.

At least once a year, when my wife and I go motorcycling to ride the mountain passes, we eat well there and there's always a great atmosphere. The owner is incredibly businesslike, even with difficult people (her patience is amazing, she deserves a medal!). They should keep up the great work, a fantastic team. Even if the staff changes a bit each season, the spirit is still there. Thank you!

A delicious meal prepared with fresh ingredients; the homemade desserts are excellent (peach, raspberry, redcurrant, and blueberry sun tart...). And the view from the terrace is sublime.

The dishes are simple, tasty, and generous, offering good value for money with meticulous attention to presentation. The setting is magnificent, with a view of the Meije mountain range. The servers are very pleasant and attentive.

One person ordered the butcher's cut, which was excellent, and the other ordered the mountain specialty. Excellent, very warm welcome.

Warm welcome, attentive staff 🥰 The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented but not too large, leaving room for an equally delicious dessert! There was a bit of noise from the road nearby, but the scenery and view quickly made us forget about it! Good value for money 👌🏻

A perfect stop (by motorcycle) at this super friendly establishment where regulars and passing customers mingle. A warm welcome, delicious food, an incredibly pleasant waiter, and a breathtaking view! A perfect stopover, we were very happy!
