We had a drink there after a show, a really great place, the Hugo spritzes were fantastic, not to mention the waiter Momo, who was so much fun! Thanks for the evening, we had a great laugh!

Located near several theaters and next to a lively square, STAND is a friendly Parisian brasserie with a substantial but sufficient number of dishes on the menu (salads, meats, fish, pizzas, pasta). The price is reasonable considering the quantity and quality of the food. The atmosphere is as pleasant as the service.

The non-alcoholic cocktails were also very basic. Overall, we still had a pleasant evening, but for a Michelin-starred restaurant, we expected a more memorable experience, and there are better options available.

29/07/2026: We had a very pleasant dining experience at this restaurant during our visit to Paris. The watermelon and tomato gazpacho with mozzarella was refreshing, light, and full of flavor. The combination was beautifully balanced, with a subtle natural sweetness that made it a perfect starter, especially on a warm day. The meat was very tasty and cooked perfectly, exactly as ordered. The French fries were also enjoyable (8/10) and complemented the dish well. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were amazing, punctual, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout our meal. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful restaurant experience with delicious food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. We would happily visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality meal in Paris
