I highly recommend this Starbucks branch. It’s a nice, clean place with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional, especially Menna Even during the rush, she kept smiling and helped me choose the perfect drink for this hot weather. Great customer service!

I went to this Starbucks a while ago and had the misfortune of encountering an employee named Aimy, I think. She was very unpleasant, and we got the distinct impression that we were bothering her. She also reprimanded us and sighed. I understand that people can have bad days sometimes, but she's not necessarily the only one.

I went to Starbucks to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The staff were very kind and friendly. My daughter didn’t know which juice to choose, but the staff helped her nicely. They even wrote her name on the glass, although the spelling was wrong—it was a small mistake because of the noise and many customers. The place is very nice, near a metro station with easy transport. There are many good shops like Zara and H&M, and also many restaurants. It’s a great place for shopping and eating.

This was my first time there. I ordered a set menu, but I would have preferred a cold drink. I didn't understand the waitress's reasoning. The staff were friendly.
