Good location, which means it's always packed, especially after the closure of the one on Rue de Rivoli. But it's extremely noisy, mainly because the staff don't talk but shout non-stop, talking about their lives or their colleagues'. The music is also loud, not soft background music. It's very unpleasant and not at all in keeping with the usual Starbucks vibe, where annoying customers are supposed to make some noise... very disappointing because the place itself is nice. They can indeed talk, but they should lower the volume.

Everything was very clean, and the waiters made an effort to speak Spanish to help us order. They have a mobile phone charging station.

Starbucks is nice, a good size, and the staff are friendly. The store could use more frequent cleaning... the tables are dirty, there's paper everywhere, and the restrooms are really not great.

I placed my order at the counter and made a mistake in choosing my drink. When I realized my error, the person at the counter was kind enough to remake my coffee without hesitation. A big thank you! It's so nice to encounter such a welcoming team. I'll gladly come back!
