Excellent staff, clean and quiet place

I placed an order the day before, which unfortunately wasn't sent to the restaurant. However, I was fortunate enough to speak to someone on the phone that morning. They were very friendly and prepared our order (10 drinks) in record time for our meeting. Thank you again for your kindness and responsiveness!

Delightful, cozy, clean, with a relaxing view of the park, very kind staff.

The staff were pleasant and the coffee was good. However, the place isn't as cozy as Starbucks usually is: hard chairs, limited space. Cleanliness also leaves much to be desired; tables were uncleaned, stained, and there was a lot of dirt on the floor.

This Starbucks near Parc de Bercy is a great option for a break. It's ideal if you need to charge your devices, wait a while before a trip, or simply sit and enjoy a coffee in peace. I received excellent service, and the staff made an effort to speak English, which is much appreciated when traveling. Highly recommended if you're in the area and need a convenient place to rest or catch up before continuing your journey.

I was served by Leslie, who was lovely. I was unsure about a drink, and she didn't hesitate to let me try it even though I hadn't asked. That was really kind of her, and she also recommended some of the staff's and customers' favorites, which helped me make my choice! The setting is also fantastic: a quiet, green neighborhood with a small park nearby and Bercy Village right next door. I loved the experience! 🥰

I stopped by for a leisurely breakfast. It's a classic Starbucks, clean and quiet, with all the usual fare. The roasted coffee is strong, which I love 😋. The service is friendly and welcoming 😀, and the terrace is peaceful and inviting.

I was already familiar with Starbucks, of course, but a special mention for the service! I spent the weekend in Bercy for a professional event, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from the team on Friday and Saturday morning, thank you!

Ideally located opposite the park, this Starbucks is our favorite in Paris. The staff is fantastic and the food is always well-prepared. We always enjoy coming here for breakfast whenever we're in Paris. It's a bit pricey, but that's Starbucks for you.
