A huge thank you to Inel for his humor, experience, and generosity. Yesterday, despite a rather long wait, he reassured us and made us laugh! The frapucchino was magnificent, compared to what I usually get. We'll be back!

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years and I wanted to highlight Kurt, the barista at the Starbucks on Cours Saint-Émilion. His professionalism, warm welcome, and consistently cheerful disposition truly make a difference. He's always attentive, efficient, and brings a smile to your face, even during busy times. A very warm welcome, with a smile! I ordered a very generous and hearty Classic Viennese Hot Chocolate, as well as a cinnamon roll (served cold or warmed, as you prefer) – super comforting. My friend spilled some of her drink, and they were incredibly understanding and kind. The service and the food were perfect – nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is cozy, with people chatting and laughing alongside others working on their laptops. I highly recommend it!

Good location, friendly staff and fast service

Starbucks is a safe bet for us. The decor is pleasant and the display case is very well stocked. However, the waitress is a little clumsy with the whipped cream: the cream sinks and makes the hot chocolate overflow, and the same thing has happened to other customers. Aside from this detail, it was a very good experience.
