A Starbucks that looks like the others, but it is important to mention the lack of available space, which can make the visit less pleasant, especially during peak hours. In addition, the window offer was quite limited, which limited the options of choice. We passed there a little after snack time, during a visit to Versailles. This could explain the lack of diversity in the products offered, but it remains a point to take into account for future visits.

I only had tasteless and dirty iced lattes in downtown Paris...😂 Still, I was disappointed with the air conditioning and wifi, so I went to Starbucks. This Starbucks has the cleanest and most delicious iced latte during my trip to Paris! The person taking my order asked me where I was from and said ‘Hello!’ 🙂

I ordered a matcha tea this morning around 8:30 a.m., it was very well made and the order was completed very quickly. There is also a terrace where you can have breakfast, with a large selection of breakfast dishes

Starbucks as usual, same uniform taste as expected. The ice cubes are crushed rather than big cubes like in the US which was a welcome change. The barista cannot pronounce my Indian name (same as in the US), so I have started giving easy to pronounce names rather than wasting time. As a man, I give "Cinderella". In the states, they are happy to call out by the given name with an occasional chuckle. But here, they refused and called out by the item ordered. This was unlike other people who were waiting. The female barista was feigning to forget the name given. I reminded her that she didn't call my name and she obviously pretended to forget and ignore, again. Terrible service.

The staff is doing all they can but what can you expect when you have only 2 people to manage the whole place ??! They barely cope with the orders but the place is a mess and the lavatories 🤢. The branch should take responsibility and employ at least one more staff !!

The staff is competent and caring. But the cleanliness is under all criticism, especially the toilets.
