Starbucks sur Paris

I'm going to stop giving them support because I think things are getting worse. The new drink recipes taste the same as the regular ones. The service isn't great, and there aren't many comfortable chairs, which are immediately taken by customers working on their laptops and therefore staying for several hours.

What I don't understand is why the coffee temperature here is so different from in Türkiye; we practically drank iced coffee, even though we specifically asked for it to be hot.

I don't usually go to Starbucks, but I really like their cinnamon rolls and hot chocolates. I also appreciate that they offer different sizes, which allows you to choose according to your preferences. However, a minor drawback at the Starbucks in Châtelet where I went was the slow service. When I arrived, many tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared. I had time to order and wait for my drink, and the tables still hadn't been cleaned. I had to sit at a dirty table and then ask someone to clear it. Another point for improvement, in my opinion: when a customer asks to eat in, it would be helpful to check if there are actually tables and chairs available, to avoid situations where you end up without a seat. Aside from that, the products are still good and meet the expectations of Starbucks.
