Chargers everywhere, super convenient!
But the service at the counter needs improvement. The man there was rather unfriendly and spoke very quietly, even after we explained that we couldn't hear very well. The coffee was very good, but there was no chocolate powder in my cappuccino, lol.

This Starbucks is probably one of the better ones I’ve visited in Paris. The service is good, and you can actually taste the coffee, which is not always the case at other locations. I was served quickly and had an overall good experience.
However, the pastries on display clearly weren’t very fresh. I bought a couple of them, and they were all stale. The coffee and service were good, but the freshness of the food definitely needs improvement.

My husband and I came today.
We had a great customer experience with Sacha at the checkout. He was very friendly and funny.

We came in for a drink even though they were about to close. Instead of offering us takeaway cups, they served us in mugs and glasses. Then they came by to tell us they were closing. Apart from that, the service was quick and everything was delicious.

Thank you Lina for the warm welcome! The trio menu was fantastic; I especially loved the white chocolate raspberry cookie! (Even if it wasn't quite as good as the pistachio cookies.)
I've looked at the other reviews, and it seems you have some very difficult and disrespectful customers. Best of luck to the whole team, stay calm and take care! ⭐️ I'll be back!
