I get my takeaway coffee there in the morning; it gets 5 stars for service, always top-notch, with a smile, and they even remember your orders. There's a good selection of breakfast items and sandwiches.

The place and the atmosphere are excellent, but unfortunately, there are not enough places for everyone.

Chargers everywhere, super convenient!
But the service at the counter needs improvement. The man there was rather unfriendly and spoke very quietly, even after we explained that we couldn't hear very well. The coffee was very good, but there was no chocolate powder in my cappuccino, lol.

I love to sit down and have a drink, sometimes with a cake.

This Starbucks is probably one of the better ones I’ve visited in Paris. The service is good, and you can actually taste the coffee, which is not always the case at other locations. I was served quickly and had an overall good experience.
However, the pastries on display clearly weren’t very fresh. I bought a couple of them, and they were all stale. The coffee and service were good, but the freshness of the food definitely needs improvement.

My husband and I came today.
We had a great customer experience with Sacha at the checkout. He was very friendly and funny.
This is very rare in such large stores. 🤗

The staff were quick and friendly, and I also noticed they were constantly tidying up the restaurant. Highly recommended!

We came in for a drink even though they were about to close. Instead of offering us takeaway cups, they served us in mugs and glasses. Then they came by to tell us they were closing. Apart from that, the service was quick and everything was delicious.
