Very good, but we should still think about cleaning the premises and especially the toilets.

No complaints about the staff. It would be nice if the upstairs area were actually for eating and drinking, and not a workspace that monopolizes the space for other customers. I ended up eating standing up with my drink, without being able to sit down.

Not a very pleasant visit. There was no cinnamon or nutmeg, and no cups. I ordered a drink there, and it was served in a plastic cup without me being asked, because they didn't have any clean cups. The coffee tasted good.

I'm Spanish and I visited this place a week ago for a matcha. I don't speak French, but I can get by in English. The cashier was very friendly (she spoke French but seemed to be Filipina, perhaps) and communicated with me in English. You don't have to say much to order a drink. But the girl who makes the drinks behind the bar (a young woman with a ponytail) leaves much to be desired. She's rude and disrespectful. She spoke to me in French, and when I told her I didn't understand, she rudely gestured as if she didn't care and couldn't be bothered to tell me what she wanted to say. She was disrespectful. She seemed more interested in flirting with the male colleague she was with than in working. I recommend you find a job more suited to your upbringing and interactions with men. You leave much to be desired as a person; you should be fired. Best regards.

The accessible elevator was out of service. There was no space on the ground floor, making it difficult for a person with reduced mobility, a family with a stroller, etc., to reach the upper floor. Only the exit had a ramp. There was also very little space upstairs. The rest of the service was good 👍
