Starbucks sur Paris

Always a great experience! A huge thank you to the excellent barista Olivier for his professionalism, good humor, and smile. He managed to stay focused and pleasant despite an inappropriate remark from his manager. Well done!

I come here often and I'm always very well served; the floor is air-conditioned, so it's very pleasant to come and work here :)

As a regular customer, I've never had any problems with my orders or with any of the staff, who are always attentive, pleasant, and competent, especially Anissa, who readily shares her good humor through her smile and her ability to connect while remaining professional. Furthermore, she efficiently manages my orders, keeping track of them over time. A big thank you to her and her entire team, who make me eager to return to their establishment.

A very nice place to chill or work. The baristas are very friendly, especially Mohamed who is very kind. Thank you to him!

The team is really friendly and always smiling. It's always a pleasure to come and work at this Starbucks with them.

I was craving a latte before my train. I stumbled upon this lovely Starbucks. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. Always happy with their coffee. I'll be back soon for the warm welcome.

I've been coming here for years whenever I'm in Paris. I have no complaints about the food. However, the service... the waitress forgets to be friendly and smile. I understand it's busy, but yes, a waitress deserves a little courtesy and friendliness.

Thank you to Mayssane for listening and for her recommendations! Very friendly and welcoming team.

Work tables with very practical power outlets, but there are no lamps. Customers were a bit rude. Staff were available and ready to help.

Axel (the waiter) was super friendly and smiling, and since he's named Axel like me, I was very proud for all the Axels out there :-) The person who made my coffee, who seemed to be the manager, gave me a great discount because I'd forgotten to use my account to order, and that was very professional. It's every bit as good as the service I received in the US in the 90s. Keep it up!
