Starbucks sur Paris

I'm a regular at Starbucks and I went again on August 21st. Once again, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of barista Doaâ! 🥰 Since she's been serving me, I hardly ever go anywhere else. She's always smiling, lovely, and incredibly professional. She gives great advice with great care, and every drink she makes for me is simply exquisite! ☕️✨ Thank you, Doaâ, for putting so much heart into your work. It shows every time you serve me, and it's truly a pleasure to meet someone so passionate and attentive. ❤️

Everyone is always efficient and friendly when I visit :) I didn't get her name, but the person working that Friday, August 14th, was super nice and it made my day <3

This is the Starbucks in my neighborhood! Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Very good, but beware of this woman who sits in the back every day and is aggressive towards customers. She snatched our drinks from our hands and threw them in the bin because that spot "is hers." Luckily, the staff were kind, apologized on her behalf, and offered us other drinks.

I don't know if it was because of the heat that day, with temperatures almost 35°C outside, but I had a rather unpleasant experience with the staff, which really surprised me. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks around the world for over 15 years, and I'm a very regular customer and a member of the loyalty program. I'm used to my visits to Starbucks going very well, whether it's the drinks, the food, or the staff, but this time, even though the drink was good as usual, the staff was quite unpleasant, again, much to my surprise. I'm used to Starbucks employees being very kind, welcoming, smiling, and sometimes even very sociable. But in this particular case, they barely smiled at me or even looked at me. They barely said hello or goodbye, and in general, they were simply cold. It was almost as if they wanted me to leave the store as quickly as possible, which is a first for me. But what probably surprised me most was that there was a customer before me and another after me who had a completely different interaction with the staff. They were very kind and welcoming, smiling, and even chatted with one of the customers for a while. So I'm really confused. And it's a shame, because the drink was good, as always.

A huge thank you to Doaâ for her warm welcome, her advice, and for taking the time to explain the different drinks. We were able to discover the delicious iced matcha banana. A ray of sunshine in the grey of Paris ;)

The restrooms are always clean, and the store itself is spotless 🩵 The staff are friendly, and the quality and taste of the drinks are better than at other branches! 👍 There's a terrace, so on nice days you can people-watch while drinking coffee, and in the summer, the indoor air conditioning is on full blast, so you can enjoy a cool cup! The best! ☕️👍 I was so curious about the flavor since it's a new item! They made it delicious 🩵 Caramelised Banana Iced Shaken Espresso Avoine The name is super long... It has a slight Korean "Ddungppang" (chubby banana) flavor with a hint of smoky notes and is sweet!
