Pleasantly surprised by the Starbucks in La Toison d'Or, good quality products, I will definitely return and I recommend it.

Quality products but perpetually unfriendly service with the impression of being a bother, which ruins the quality of the customer experience.

I've been coming every Saturday for many years, and I have nothing negative to say about the products, but there's a major problem with the staff. They're very unpleasant and rushed with customers. We come to treat ourselves, and the service is only average, barely polite, which is a shame. Be careful, people might stop coming for this reason, and your kiosk could close if customer traffic drops. You're the only one left in Dijon, so please be vigilant on this important point. 🙏 Cleanliness isn't always good either. I would normally give it 5 stars, but the staff plays a significant role in my decision to give it 3 stars so far.

I'm surprised by the negative comments. The service is top-notch. Always a smile and a hello. I've never had a single complaint about the drinks or cookies. Even during peak hours, the wait is very short, and most importantly, I repeat, always with a smile, and I imagine it's not easy for them every day. In short, Starbucks Toison d'Or, you are wonderful and lovely!!!

After a long day of shopping, I absolutely needed to recharge with a good hot chocolate. Mission accomplished with a lovely, attentive student staff and drinks that were as comforting as ever. Thank you to the team! 😇

I arrived on Sunday, December 21st, and the table hadn't been cleaned, even though the two young women and the young man had no one to serve. A quick wipe with a damp microfiber cloth wouldn't have gone amiss.
