I regularly order delivery from Starbucks and I'm always delighted! The orders always arrive carefully packaged and the staff is truly lovely. But most importantly, I wanted to highlight the little notes they add to the orders. It might seem like a small detail, but they always brighten my day and make me smile! A huge thank you to the whole team for their kindness and thoughtful touches that make all the difference. You can tell you put your heart into what you do. Please don't change a thing!

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I've visited. The space is large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing, especially during the summer. It's a great place to sit in a cool atmosphere, take a break, and refresh yourself with a cold drink. I tried the Very Berry Refresher, and it was delicious and incredibly refreshing. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended if you're looking for a spacious and comfortable spot to enjoy your coffee or a cold beverage.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Passing through Marseille as a tourist from the North of France, this Starbucks was my morning favorite. A huge thank you to Louisa for her professionalism, her incredible patience, and her invaluable advice. Waking up in the morning and being greeted by her kindness is priceless! Thanks to her, my days started in the best possible way, with an absolutely delicious, strong Americano and a super soft cookie. I also highly recommend the cinnamon roll and the carrot cake, which are incredibly delicious! (Okay, now off to the gym to work it all off, lol! 🏋️‍♀️) A big thank you also to Paul and the new bartender in training (the one with the beard, whose name I don't know), who is also incredibly friendly. It's so nice to encounter such kind and friendly people first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

I've visited this Starbucks twice during my trips to Marseille and I've always received a very warm welcome. The staff at the counter are energetic, smiling, and friendly, which makes the experience truly enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of being offered a glass of water with ice each time. It's a very nice gesture and it's lovely to see this kind of attentiveness towards customers. Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome and kindness; I will gladly return on my next visits to Marseille!
