Iced Americano is always good. (Even in winter)

It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect in terms of drinks, food and prices. Staff are OK, not the friendliest, busy chatting between themselves. Not well maintained - looks old and in dire need of renovations. Hopefully, they come clean tables and stations regularly. Not the best but it's an ACed place so enjoy it this sizzling summer!

Excellent team, friendly and efficient. The salon is brand new and well laid out. It's always a pleasure to have a coffee and a donut there. Thank you!

the fresh drink is not freshly made, I would rather have a bubble tea instead.

Access to the toilets was difficult because the door handle was so stiff it was almost broken. Given the high volume of traffic in this area, a quick solution seems necessary.

I had a wonderful 5 days in Paris and visited the Starbucks on Rue St. Charles. I would like to commend your barista, Amelie, for her impeccable service. She took my order with a warm smile, was very friendly and welcoming, and made my visit even more enjoyable. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and added to my beautiful experience in Paris. Thank you for having such a great team member.

Good Starbucks in Paris. Drinks are generally well-made. The staff is friendly, polite, and helpful. A nice, cozy atmosphere most of the time. However, I'm deducting one star for the poor hygiene (the toilets are awful, and the tables and floor are often dirty), and for the lax enforcement at the entrances to the restaurant and terrace, which can be disruptive. The place should be cleaned more frequently, and access to the tables and toilets should be reserved for customers only. Starbucks toilets are not public restrooms! There's no shortage of public restrooms in the 15th arrondissement... And please, no more disruptive/intoxicated people loitering without ordering anything (when it's hard to find a seat) and bothering other diners.
