The sushi/maki were decent, and the set menus came with a well-seasoned salad and a flavorful miso soup.
However, the stir-fried beef noodles lacked flavor and, given how quickly we were served, suggested the dish had been microwaved.
A wonderful experience at this restaurant! Top-notch service, with a young waiter who was absolutely lovely throughout our lunch! He even taught me how to use chopsticks! I highly recommend it!

What a surprise! We were desperately searching for an open all-you-can-eat sushi place and stumbled upon Sushi Fuji!
