One of better starbucks for a big city. Not much people and a lot of seats

Perhaps one of the best Starbucks in the capital, I find the team friendly and the touristy and bourgeois neighborhood makes you feel like you're traveling a bit.

When people are doing maintenance in the shop, it would be nice if they avoided speaking loudly on the phone, as we are customers and we come to relax and have a pleasant time, perhaps while listening to music. The room is rather dark and not very clean; I had to clean the table myself. The service, however, was quick and efficient.

Fancy untasteless coffee. It depends on how lucky you are, sometimes they can be ok, sometimes are like water with a little flavor.

There's a Korean-speaking staff member. It was my first day in Europe, so I was quite nervous. But they recognized I was Korean and spoke to me in Korean, which helped me relax and have a comfortable stay. Thank you!

A classic Starbucks: clean, well-maintained, and with products that live up to the brand. No complaints about the quality: it delivers exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. However, one crucial point is missing: saying "hello" to customers. In a place open to the public, especially in a restaurant, a simple "hello" is the bare minimum. It's often the little details that make all the difference in the experience. Overall, it's acceptable, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Great place and great service. Definetely recommended.

The double espresso is excellent, there are several places to sit inside, and the bathroom is clean.
