The image is of a 21st-century fast food joint—that is, trendy and trendy. While the cuisine is worthy of slow food, the ingredients are high-quality, including an original burger made to order that's similar to a steak. The fries are hand-cut and cooked, still with traces of the skin. The place is clean, and the service is fast, although I think it lacks a smile between runs to the kitchen. Worth a try for a meal or snack.
