We discovered this institution and cannot congratulate everyone. Perfect welcome, cuisine prepared with great delicacy and taste and great service, friendly staff, lots of humor too

Awesome !
We were staying at the hotel and tried this restaurant twice.
So authentic, Alsace as we like it. The person is adorable if only all restaurants had such nice waiters!
We ate well both days (there were 4 of us and we were all delighted).

The best tarte flambée, traditional, creamy, high quality products, 30 years of tasting and everything is always excellent, too bad the cellar is closed, the most beautiful room, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, have a good retirement in Jeans! Thank you for all these years!

Dans une grande salle authentique, nous avons apprécié les spécialités locales dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Le service est très sympathique et de bons conseils. C’est une très bonne cuisine et un très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’emplacement n’est pas exceptionnel mais c’est pratique si on réside à l’hôtel d’à côté.
