We stayed here on December 26th and the experience was impeccable in every way. ✨ ​📱 The welcome: punctuality and discretion ​Even before arriving, we felt like we were in good hands. The owners sent us a detailed message with all the necessary information and access codes: a completely independent check-in that conveys efficiency and respect for the guest's privacy. ✅ ​🏠 The property: comfort in every detail ​The room is organized with extreme rationality, ideal for those seeking independence: ​Breakfast area: A small entrance hall equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pod machine. ☕ ​Room: Welcoming and functional, featuring a comfortable double bed and a tall wardrobe concealing essential but useful items (plates, cutlery, and the ever-present corkscrew). 🍴 ​Technology and Climate: Fully functional TV and quiet, efficient air conditioning (hot/cold), essential for a winter stay. 🌡️ ​The Bathroom: Inside, clean, and equipped with everything you need. 🚿 ​🌅 The Real "Piece of Excellence" ​The heart of this property is the outdoor wooden veranda. It sits directly on the sand, offering a breathtaking view of the Hyères Peninsula. It's a sheltered and intimate space, perfect for enjoying breakfast overlooking the sea, even in the middle of December. 🏝️ ​✈️ A charming touch: the spectacular flight of planes. ​Given the proximity to the airport, you can sometimes see the landing planes pass overhead. I'd like to emphasize that the traffic is infrequent, and we didn't suffer at all: it's quick, not annoying, and actually quite spectacular to observe from so close! 📸 ​ℹ️ Useful notes for travelers ​Pet Friendly: Our four-legged friends are welcome (€6 per day supplement), a detail we greatly appreciated. 🐾 ​Connectivity: The Wi-Fi is free, stable, and fast. 📶 ​Atmosphere: Absolute tranquility reigns. It's the perfect base: quiet, safe, and strategically located for exploring the entire area. 📍 ​In summary: A place I highly recommend to those looking for simplicity, cleanliness, and a prime location.
