Sunday morning under the sun, a little trip to Stéphane Pasco, to buy an assortment of dark chocolates for a birthday. I know from experience that the person concerned will be delighted since he is a connoisseur of Mr. Pasco's work. By the way, I love the lemon meringue tartlet... and, what can I say, balance of flavors and textures, explosion of flavors in the mouth. A treat, a pure moment of indulgence. Thank you very much for giving us these moments of happiness. I will definitely come back to discover other creations.

The spread is to die for, by far the best I have ever tasted. And the service is top notch.

Wonderful experience! Charming service with a smiling seller and good advice! Our favorite is the macaroons, the galette des rois and the flan!! (I rarely take the time to write reviews but for the little macaroon offered and the kindness of the staff it's with pleasure) :D

Stéphane Pasco, for me, is the best pastry in Nantes! Gourmet, refined and creative creations, an explosion of flavors on the palate every time you come here to indulge yourself. The store is very beautiful and the service impeccable. How not to succumb? That would be a crime!
