Absolutely excellent, a warm welcome. I highly recommend it. The food is superb.

The meal was excellent, and the welcome was friendlier than last time. Just a quick note about the dessert menu: it's not very extensive, which is a shame because I have a lactose intolerance issue, and there wasn't a large selection of sorbet to compensate for the rest of the menu.

Very serious and very good; air conditioning would have been welcome in this heat;

A dinner for two on a Saturday evening, we opted for the set menu featuring Alsatian salad, cordon bleu with Munster cheese, and ice cream. Excellent value for money, the portions were quite generous, a place to remember.

Arriving at the end of service, we were greeted with a smile. The amuse-bouche was a curry with young shoots and red berries, followed by a veal bite on a julienne of carrots and cauliflower with toasted almonds for crunch, and homemade kneddles. The portion was generous, and to accompany the coffee, they offered homemade chocolate chip cookies (as with all the other products). Seriously, it's worth the detour; you won't be disappointed.

Excellent discovery at S’Thomstuebel in Ingwiller! The meat was remarkably tender, the menu very generous and perfectly executed. You can taste the care that goes into the cooking. Special mention to the owner, who is also the chef, and who takes the time to visit each table. He always has a kind word and a contagious smile when you chat with him. An authentic place where the food is excellent and the welcome is just as important as the food itself. Note: be sure to book about a week in advance, as the restaurant is very popular. Rating: 5 + 5 / 5!
