Beautiful things happen on motorway service areas... At first it starts off badly.... a cat escapes from the car and it's impossible to get it back. tears of course Then one person, then two, then three, four, five... who try to help me, call the fire department, a garage because the cat is in an engine... then later kind words, food for a cat they don't even know, and then text messages to comfort me, tell me that they saw it, and the miracle message... they got it recovered. in short, a magnificent humanity within a team which communicates, cooperates and demonstrates great benevolence, listening and kindness. Thank you again for this happy ending, an Easter weekend that would never have happened without this great team.

Stop on the A11 motorway. Decent fast food. Pleasant setting

Veggie compatible. Very nice surprise on the road. Specious and clean restaurant. A lot of choices. Particularly veggie but not vegan. Fast and smiling service. The tables were cleaned as they went. Relaxed atmosphere. A real break.

Perfect welcome: I walk on crutches (temporarily, don't get sad): as soon as I arrive, an employee rushes and takes charge of the tray loaded with cutlery, drinks, etc. Then worry about getting my order through. I pay and my tray is already on a nearby table. My steak, a nice size, is cooked as I asked (not so common to have a rare steak, hot on the inside, not charred on the outside). In short: I'm enjoying it. As soon as I finish my steak and my dessert, the same hostess from Stratto, so helpful, brings me my coffee. The complete menu with main course and vegetables, dessert, drink, coffee: +/- 24 euros. Satisfying in a comfortable and friendly place..

We ate at the snack bar, very good Very pleasant staff with a good atmosphere between them 3 coffees, 3 sandwiches, an apple turnover and a nutella waffle with whipped cream: 40€ correct price

Why 4 stars? It's very simple, no washing machine! But we deliver building materials, medicines, food, and so on and so forth. They could take care of us too...We also need hygiene and rest! I would be grateful if you pay attention to this and somehow solve this problem, thanks in advance!
