well located hotel, spacious room, clean, pleasant setting very Ghent bed very comfortable bedding with 2 or 3 pillows bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 shower and 1 bathtub very friendly, attentive welcome, with small coffee 1 restaurant, 1 bar and even a secret bar very pretty, original decoration in common areas we will come back with pleasure

Atypical hotel… Dark vintage decor. Wobbly elevator. Very spacious room. Difficult to have hot water without running for a good minute. Low brightness. Fridge and mini bar out of order Note all the same the good insulation and the absolute calm. Address without more

The location is very good It's convenient to go anywhere and there's a supermarket nearby. The staff is also kind, so I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I go to Paris.

Hotel very well located, impeccable room, top bedding… Very quiet

The first night we had a room on the street side (quite noisy), but we were able to easily exchange it for a room on the opposite side for the next 4 nights. The service was very good and the location in the Marais (many metros in the area) can't be beat. We'll be back! The only negative thing (but that's our mistake) was that my husband left a pair of Wrangler jeans at the hotel. But we think that can be cleared up.

The hotel is beautiful. Check in was easy, having to pay for early checkin was not ideal, but the process was simple and the woman who checked us in was lovely, she made us coffee which was a first! We were sad not to see her again until we left. The night time attendant was not as put together or as pleasant. Bear in mind if you come back to the hotel late the doors will be locked and you’ll need to ring the bell and wait to be let in. The rooms, compared to other options in Paris, allowed for a pleasant stay. We had AC which allowed us to sleep comfortably. Also loved the towel warmer, be careful not to touch it. Make sure to bring your own washcloths, they are not provided. The included breakfast was delicious as well. The biggest issue were the showers. They get unbearably hot, out of nowhere. We spent 10+ minutes each shower simply adjusting the water back and forth as it changed. Our bed had no fitted sheet, it was a flat sheet instead and no top sheet but the beds were comfortable and we slept well. The location is great, walkable restaurants and pharmacies, bikes nearby, easy drop offs if you’re in a Bolt or Uber. There’s also a secret bar inside which we discovered during a speakeasy tour. It’s on the website but we didn’t pay attention to that. All in all it was a good stay and we would consider staying here again!

A nice and modern hotel in an excellent location. The reception is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very good.

Staff good, rooms ok, breakfast ok, location to the subway good. Pool unfortunately always closed. Hotel is getting old and only worth 3*. But ok for a short vacation. So don't expect too much!

Great hotel, I loved the Mexican theme, it was really nicely decorated. The rooms were a very good size especially for Paris and being close to centre (didn’t even opt for biggest room, just the standard). Continental breakfast was great (cheeses, meats, eggs, pastries etc). The gym was a nice perk that I used. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any issues whilst there, but the reception staff in particular couldn’t do enough for you, that team is very well trained in giving good customer service (it was all of them, not just one or two). I’d highly recommend this hotel.
