We had a wonderful time! We got takeout, it was ready quickly, the service was great, and the food was really good. I especially LOVED my tofu soup, it was absolutely delicious, but everything was great!

Honestly, a wonderful and unexpected stop. Authentic cuisine featuring classic Vietnamese dishes prepared beautifully. The service was incredibly warm, including the anecdote about the "Yellow Edith Piaf," a singer with a big heart who kindly served us. We will gladly return; kudos to the excellent service!

A wonderful time at this small, welcoming restaurant. The food is homemade, fresh, and prepared to order—it's delicious (I highly recommend the tamarind and pineapple soup, a delightful surprise). The service is very quick, and the owners are lovely! A truly great find!

Restaurant Saitama Balard Japonais

03/06/2026: Their kebabs are very good and generous, the cooks are very friendly, and the kebab is prepared right in front of you. I've been going there for over 9 years and they've never disappointed me. Go for it!
