Incredibly fragrant cuisine made with truly high-quality ingredients, showcasing finesse and a perfect balance of flavors, all within a very pleasant, intimate setting and impeccable service. Honestly, a wonderful and unexpected stop. Authentic cuisine featuring classic Vietnamese dishes prepared beautifully. The service was incredibly warm, including the anecdote about the "Yellow Edith Piaf," a singer with a big heart who kindly served us. We will gladly return; kudos to the excellent service!

A wonderful time at this small, welcoming restaurant. The food is homemade, fresh, and prepared to order—it's delicious (I highly recommend the tamarind and pineapple soup, a delightful surprise). The service is very quick, and the owners are lovely! A truly great find!

27/07/2026: Fabulous bubble tea 🧋🪷 I tried the hibiscus tea with tapioca and the build-your-own poke bowl, and everything was delicious. I especially recommend the black rice with tofu and the honey-tahini sauce 🍛🥒🥕🥑 Everything is customizable, so there are plenty of vegetarian/vegan options and three different plant-based milk choices! The place is calm, and the staff is kind and welcoming—a little haven amidst the Parisian chaos 🗼🚗 Thanks to the whole Màn Chá team, and see you soon, I hope 🫶🏻🌷
