We had lunch as a family yesterday at Guibone. We really enjoyed it and the team is absolutely fantastic! Special mention to the person who looked after us, who was literally lovely! Thank you again.

I had a wonderful time! I felt very welcome from the entire team and the food was absolutely delicious. I opted for the beef bibimbap cooked on a hot stone, which I loved. I also got to try my partner's pork barbecue and some of the side dishes they offered. The meat was excellent, and the side dishes were just as good! Thank you again to the whole team for the warm welcome and delicious food! PS: Despite the heat outside, the team found a way to ensure we could enjoy the barbecue in the best possible conditions. Thank you again for this thoughtful touch! PS: We didn't have to wait at all because we chose to come on a very hot day.

I've been a regular for almost ten years, and their unwavering commitment to excellence more than justifies this detailed and honest review. As for the food: it's delicious, generous, and many dishes are beautifully presented right at the table, adding that personal touch that's the restaurant's true signature. The set menus are unbeatable and have barely increased in price for years (even on weekends—a miracle!... I'm crossing my fingers that the owners don't disrupt this magical balance after reading this!). Regarding the space: the layout of the walls forces them into a somewhat corridor-like dining room. It's the architecture's fault; there's absolutely nothing they can do about it, but you quickly forget about it thanks to the restaurant's real strength: the human touch. The service is incredibly attentive, a far cry from mere politeness or a superficial, "Ultra-Brite" smile. Over the years, recruitment has favored profiles that are often young, but possess remarkable skills and a genuine sense of service. The rare mistakes (which can be counted on one hand in ten years!) are always rectified with a tactful gesture to make amends—even when the problem wasn't their fault! In this quest for excellence, it's not uncommon to see the team, during quieter moments, meticulously re-drying each glass to make it shine even brighter. This high standard isn't the result of high-pressure management; quite the opposite. Ikki and Aiko (apologies if I misspell your names!): considerate and smiling every day, but assertive when the situation demands it—a balance that rubs off on the entire team. A true masterclass in human resources! PS: I have no commercial interest in this (on the contrary, I might just end up waiting in line longer!). But in such a struggling restaurant industry, where prices are skyrocketing and the pervasive stress is affecting customer service, Guibine is a true oasis that must be preserved. Since I'm terrible with first names, let this "bravo" be a personal ovation for each and every member of the team I've met over the years!

The food is wonderful However no air-conditioning or fans. Not pleasant to sit and eat and sweat all the time . The service is perfect and they are trying to cope with the heat as well

Excellent Korean restaurant on Rue Sainte-Anne. The dishes are very generous and delicious, all at a reasonable price. A great experience.

It was my first time at Guibine last Saturday, and I wasn't disappointed at all! I'd seen online that they made the best Bibimbap in Paris, and since I was craving Korean food, I absolutely had to try it. The service was incredibly efficient: I was seated very quickly. Already knowing what I wanted to order, I went to the restroom, and when I came back, the kimchi was already waiting for me on the table! My Bibimbap arrived next, and it was simply delicious. Of course, I added a lot of hot sauce (well, as a Mexican, I have to admit it wasn't even that spicy for me! 😂), but everything was excellent. Beyond the food, the service was amazing, very friendly, and always with a smile. I'll definitely be back to try their barbecue next time!

First time trying Korean barbecue, it was great! The service was impeccable; they were always happy to advise us on our choices.

I thoroughly enjoyed my perfectly cooked bulgogi beef, prepared by the waiter, with extra vegetables 🤌 The service was lovely. I felt very well taken care of 😊

Vermicelli not very flavorful 4/10 Beef bibimbap 7/10 okay Beef barbecue 6/10 not very flavorful but the meat was tender and cooked by a server Chicken barbecue 9/10 very good! I also really liked the side dishes: seaweed and sweet lotus flower!
