At first glance, Youssef might have seemed a little reserved or even slightly bitter, but I quickly discovered a completely different person. He's actually a smiling, pleasant, and very professional young man. He creates a great atmosphere and demonstrates a genuine sense of service. Plus, the sandwich he made me was really delicious! A wonderful discovery, both personally and in terms of taste.

Youssef was extremely helpful and always smiling, a very warm welcome.
