I am not satisfied with Bruay's response yesterday; indeed, you have a standard to uphold, but when not all the ingredients are included, you could add a few more of the requested ingredients. Thank you to the Bethune team who are paying attention to all of this.

Very good experience and good restaurant

We came as a couple for a quick bite, and we received a very warm welcome! Quentin and Kevin gave us excellent advice, were very friendly and welcoming, and it makes you want to come back just for the atmosphere (and of course for the delicious sandwiches and cookies!).
