A warm welcome. The wait was very short. The service was very courteous. The dishes were refined and generous. Traditional cuisine. Not greasy. The presentation was worthy of a fine restaurant. Excellent value for money! The restrooms were particularly clean, and the dining room was well-heated in winter. I highly recommend this restaurant! I will gladly return.

A culinary revelation! The place is beautiful, but what's on the plate is even more impressive: mouthwatering dishes with flavors you won't find anywhere else. 09/04/2026: I rarely order carbonnade in restaurants because I love my own recipe and am sometimes disappointed when I try it elsewhere. Given Monsieur Leplat's reputation, I decided to give it a go. And I think it's safe to say it's truly the best carbonnade in the world 😊 The balance of all the ingredients gives this carefully crafted recipe an exceptional character with a subtle interplay of flavors. I can't wait to go back!
