The waitresses and waiters were very friendly.

The food is good, but the place doesn't give a phenomenal impression of hygiene; it's just passable (at 11:45 AM). The staff isn't particularly friendly or welcoming, which seems to be affecting the number of delivery orders. However, replying "you'll have to ask for the receipt if you want it" when I ask for it at the end of my meal is not a way to interact with customers. "Of course" is sufficient. Similarly, when I mention that it would be more appropriate to ask (as all businesses do) if the customer wants the receipt, it's also inappropriate to respond "I can't do that for everyone." Remember, you work in the service industry.

The service was quite quick despite the crowd, the sandwich I had was good, and the staff were very welcoming. I'll be back.
