Having a train to catch, I arrived a few minutes before opening time and was lucky enough to encounter an exceptional salesperson (whose first name I've forgotten, but it must have been Bruno, judging by the other reviews). In addition to serving me before opening, Bruno offered me two cookies and, above all, showed such warmth and kindness that it truly touched my heart! Well done and thank you!!!
