Subway sur Colmar

I went to eat at the Subway in Colmar and had a great time. The welcome was really friendly; you immediately feel at home. The service was warm and the staff was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant and thank the whole team for their warm welcome and kindness!

Hello, I went to the Subway in Colmar this weekend for the Christmas market. As a regular customer, I can only be fully satisfied with all the efforts this fast-food restaurant makes to ensure we, the customers, feel comfortable. However, I find some of the comments I've read quite discourteous. It's true that the restrooms are pay-to-use, but they are clean and perfectly functional. I understand that this might seem strange to some people, but as a resident of Colmar, I completely understand this decision, especially given the lack of respect some tourists sometimes show towards customers, employees, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Finally, I want to say that on every visit I've made to Subway, I've never been disappointed with the customer service provided by the employees. It's important to remember that behind the counter are people like you who might be tired, and I think you may have noticed that many are very young. Subway is always a reliable stop when I’m craving something fresh and customizable. They offer plenty of options, and it’s easy to build a sandwich exactly the way you like it. Macro friendly options available. Everything tastes great, and service is quick, making it perfect for a casual meal. Definitely one of the better spots in town for a tasty bite on the go.

The sandwiches were acceptable, but I must admit I wasn't very reassured about the cleanliness of the facilities and the freshness of the food. The staff were relatively friendly, but they should be a bit more patient and, above all, more explicit with people who aren't used to this type of establishment.

I visited twice. The female staff member was friendly, but the male staff member made our food without our consent. It wasn't so much discrimination as it felt like they didn't speak English.
