SUBWAY sur Saint-Herblain

I often come to this Subway at lunchtime during my break and I always appreciate the quality of the sandwiches, the selection offered, and the friendliness of the staff. Lately, the service has been a little slower than before. I understand that there are new staff members in training, and I don't mind waiting a bit longer. It would simply be good if they received more support to maintain efficient service, especially for customers with shorter lunch breaks. I would also like to point out a minor hygiene issue: the same knife (used at the end of service) often seems to be used for several sandwiches, which can be problematic for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.

The wait was far too long. The bread was too hard and the cookies too soggy, clearly not fresh... Disappointed, nothing like the Subway in Trignac

I ordered a Subway on Uber Eats with an additional €4 Cherry Pepsi, which I didn't receive. I did receive the sandwich, but not the drink.
