23/03/2024: I had the pleasure of visiting Paul's Bakery in Paris and was absolutely delighted by the quality of their baked goods. In particular, their palmier and croissants are simply delicious and authentic. The palmier has a crunchy layer of puff pastry and caramelized sugar, which blends perfectly creating a true explosion of flavors. And the croissants are simply divine, with a very light puff pastry and a soft, buttery interior. The care and skill that the bakers put into each of their creations is evident. I highly recommend anyone visiting Paris to stop by this bakery to enjoy these authentic French flavors. You will definitely be won over!
20/03/2024: A good bakery, like the other stores in the chain. It is well located, close to the Gare de Lyon, so convenient for grabbing a takeaway snack before a train journey. A large number of products are offered for sale, both sweet (pastries, pastries, common or more original) and savory (quiches, mixed salads, sandwiches, etc.), all of which are good and fresh. The staff is, most of the time, pleasant and efficient (a few exceptions to note). The establishment offers “too good to go” baskets for €4, baskets which are always very profitable with a good quantity of products and an interesting variety (the prices excluding too good to go are a little high, especially for the salads which are sparsely stocked).
