Subway sur Paris

A very good experience; the staff are very kind and pleasant. They give us time to choose carefully without rushing us or showing any annoyance. Thanks to Cissé who advised me on the sauces so I could have the best possible sandwich (it was delicious, hahaha). PLUS, the sandwiches are generously filled.

Massi was great. I advised of allergy and he was very helpful with this and ensured he did what he could to stop cross contamination. Changed gloves, fresh toppings and cleaned down knife before using to cut. I am grateful for staff like this when away, especially in another country where language barrier can be issue. Is a great location need Gare de Nord station. Only draw back is no toilets in restaurant.

Fast food in a quiet location, perfect for eating without a wait. I met Essaid, who unfortunately told me they were out of raclette cheese. A shame for December 28th. Nevertheless, having only eaten at a sub a handful of times, I thoroughly enjoyed a 30cm honey, mozzarella, and sweet chicken sandwich. Thanks, Essaid, for this great experience. The state of the restrooms depends on the clientele, as is the case everywhere. But I found them with a full supply of soap and a working hand dryer. See you soon in this old Parisian neighborhood near Gare du Nord.

Very reasonable prices compared to some Subway locations that are €2-3 more expensive for the same sandwich. I've never been disappointed by the service and it's quick, which is exactly what I look for when I go to this kind of place, so perfect!

Ignore all the negative comments preceding this one. It's clear your feedback has been taken into account. Today, I received a very warm welcome, the service was impeccable, and the dining room and restrooms were clean (though they could be improved with an air freshener and the broken hand dryer). I was served by Kevin, who was very kind and even changed his gloves after taking my payment. In short, as someone who is very demanding, I wasn't disappointed.
