Subway sur Chartres

I've never seen a restaurant with such terrible hours. Seriously, the restaurant closes at 8 PM already??? That's when they clearly have the most orders, and on Mondays they close at 3 PM. I don't understand the logic. First, you lose money by closing at the times when it's busiest, and second, it's a real hassle to eat there. I feel like it's closed all the time; it's absurd.

The ingredients were excellent, the service was top-notch, very welcoming and friendly, which makes you want to come back. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed in the small room above the reception area. A great improvement!
