Subway sur Chartres

27/08/2026: A short break on the way to Brittany. A charming restaurant, very welcoming staff, lunch under the market halls, and best of all, just 3 minutes from the cathedral. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly attentive, smiling and caring from the beginning to the end of the meal, without ever being intrusive. You can feel their genuine desire to please and make the experience enjoyable. By coming back regularly, you end up being recognized and welcomed like a regular, which is always very much appreciated. As for the food, it's a real success. The dishes are prepared with care, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors are spot-on, the portions are beautifully presented and generous, and you can feel the dedication of a passionate team. Despite my frequent visits, I'm always pleasantly surprised by the consistency and variety of the menu. I was also impressed by the owners' business acumen and hospitality; they're always present, attentive to their customers, and committed to ensuring everyone's satisfaction. This dedication makes all the difference and makes you want to come back again and again. Excellent value for money, a pleasant setting, and an overall experience that I highly recommend, whether for lunch with colleagues, a romantic dinner, or a family meal.
