Subway sur Dijon

My first Subway experience was fantastic thanks to Katarina, whom I thank. She explained everything clearly, despite the oven malfunction. I'll definitely be back!

Being from Nevers, it's practically a must-stop when I'm in Dijon. The servers are always polite and helpful. The sandwiches and cookies are great. 👌

My first experience was a bit disappointing. I ordered a meal deal with a salad. I received ingredients in my salad that I hadn't ordered. I should mention that it was a takeaway order. Furthermore, I had ordered a B&J Vanilla topping which wasn't included in my order, even though I paid an extra €4.40 for it.

Short version: I ordered Korean chicken but got tuna mayonnaise and almost missed my train... Long version: One amazing employee rushed to prepare the Korean chicken sandwich I ordered because I had a train to catch in 10 minutes... But the other employee couldn't enter the order into the kiosk and made us waste twice the time saved by his colleague... After running to avoid missing my train, I barely made it on. But when I opened my sandwich, I realized he'd mixed up the order. I ended up with a basic tuna mayonnaise when I'd ordered a premium one...

I agree with you because I've rarely seen an employee so attentive, eager to please, kind, and professional (the gentleman with the tied-back hair). Thank you for putting so much heart into your work!

So convenient, so close to the train station, perfect for a good sandwich during your break 😁 With the €6 offer, you get a great sandwich at a low price! And every day it's a different sandwich (today it was tuna Friday). I had no idea about this place.
