Excellent Subway, always great service and the owner is fantastic

A great Subway. And I've been to a lot of them. The server was very pleasant and kind, the place is quiet and charming.

Had a tasty sandwish; staff person was nicely asking questions wrt to the order

Out of all the subways I have been in my life. This one is the best one! Its run also by a family ♥️✨️ can recommend 👌

It was very good, but the knives used to cut the sandwiches were the same for both meat and non-meat sandwiches. This doesn't make sense because it can leave meat residue for someone who doesn't eat meat! The same goes for the gloves, which weren't changed. The person before me touched the beef steak with their gloves, and then, using the same gloves, touched the cheese in my sandwich, even though I don't eat meat. This doesn't meet standards, and it's not good hygiene.

What can I say... Hygiene is supposedly up to scratch when it comes to the sandwiches... And even then! The gloves touch the till and then the sandwiches, and so on, without any change of gloves. They're served by someone mumbling under their breath, making them barely audible, and far from generous with the portions (the bare minimum allowed by the chain, and even then...). I politely ask for a pack of rösti at the end of the sandwich ordering process. She curtly tells me I should have asked at the beginning but serves them to us anyway. I want to emphasize that we didn't make any special requests. I understand that it's an exhausting and mentally draining job... But politeness is essential, especially when the people around us are so kind and pleasant. So we leave with our order and without a single response to our "thank you, goodbye, and good luck!" from this employee...

I was very satisfied with my visit as the staff were welcoming and pleasant. The sandwiches we ate were very good. No complaints!
