The food was very delicious, the service was also very nice. We came with 30 people and we got our food quickly without any problems. The waiters were very nice. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good. The wooden structures are beautiful.

Highly recommended: a warm and friendly welcome. Impeccable service, congratulations to Caroline and the young staff.
The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious sauerkraut dishes. Excellent wine. Spotlessly clean, and this restaurant is a historic establishment. Splendid setting. Right near the cathedral. Thank you so much for these wonderful moments spent at the table.
We've been back six times, and it's always just as delicious! Dogs are welcome; they even remember to give them water. Fantastic. The staff is always so professional. The menu is amazing. Thank you.

Due to its proximity to the cathedral, it's very busy and touristy.
We expected as much, but still wanted to try it out.
We went for lunch and it was packed.
The atmosphere is pleasant (we sat outside).
The service varies depending on who's serving.
At the next table, guests waited an incredibly long time for their food and drinks. Our experience was fine, and the various waiters were reasonably friendly.
The food was okay, but nothing special. The salmon and ragut fin were served with ribbon pasta and tasted alright.
Price-performance ratio and friendliness were average.
Conclusion: Average; there are better restaurants in Strasbourg.

A very beautiful place, pleasant atmosphere, and typical, tasty Alsatian cuisine.
Unfortunately, the service remains amateurish.
The two gentlemen serving in the dining room are not professionals.
When bringing dishes, they don't hand the plates directly to the customers (especially hot ones); they place them in front of each person at the table. Something to think about...

A lovely place that never disappoints!
Whenever we travel here from Germany, coming to this restaurant is an absolute must for us. The food is always amazing, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone in the service team is so genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they all speak multiple languages effortlessly. You just feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. We couldn't be happier!
