Subway sur Thionville

After all these years, I can confidently say the food here is consistently good, never had any problems. The bread is never stale, and the veggies are always fresh and well-prepared. The staff are always welcoming, especially those who have been working here for a while, big smiles and lovely small talks. The only thing that could improve is handling the workload during busy times. Sometimes there are too many orders, both online and in-person for the number of staff present. Overall, it’s a reliable spot with great food and a friendly atmosphere.

For me, the first impression you get of a restaurant is the welcome you receive. Singh was very welcoming, adapted perfectly to our needs, and took the time to explain how the restaurant and menus worked, as it was my first time there. So, my first impression and memory are good, so thank you, I'll be back. My salad was just perfect and generous. 5/5 from me!

I came with my boyfriend on Saturday early afternoon. Thanks to the blonde waitress, who I think had Polish/Russian roots, beautifully made up, who was wonderful to us even though she was about to finish her shift. You can tell she's a good manager and knows her job! 😁

We arrived at the Subway in Thionville around 9:30 pm and were very pleasantly surprised by the service. A young blonde woman served us: she was extremely respectful, polite, and truly attentive to our requests. She took the time to do things properly, with a smile, despite the late hour. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional, which is becoming rare these days. The sandwiches were well-prepared and exactly what we expected. A very good experience; we will definitely be back!
