We came as a family and ate well.

I think it's completely changed since the owner changed. The counter is dirty and full of stains. I was served by a young guy with a completely filthy shirt; I almost wanted to leave. The ingredients section was all mixed up; I ended up with a piece of meat in my cheese even though I ordered chicken. It's a shame.

Air conditioning broken. No toilets, unbelievable for a fast-food restaurant... very average sandwich. No guacamole. Disappointed. The one in Amiens is 20 times better.

A rather average experience at Subway. The welcome was still cordial, but the servers seemed a bit nonchalant. The meat trays, especially the chicken, were empty, with no visible restocking, and there were no more sauces. The sandwich lacked any real substance, which made the whole experience disappointing. For July 14th at 7:15 PM.

A lot of things were missing, which is a shame, and the service was slow, very slow in fact.

The sandwiches themselves were delicious! And the young man who served us was pleasant, but the fact that there are no toilets in a "restaurant" will prevent me from returning, especially with young children. We had to rush our meal because our little one (3 years old) couldn't hold it any longer.

I would like to amend my previous review. Following my negative experience, management took the time to respond very quickly, acknowledging the error and offering a gesture of goodwill. I therefore returned to the restaurant today, and everything went perfectly. We received a very warm welcome; the staff was friendly, pleasant, and very professional. We received both of the promised set menus, the sandwiches were perfectly prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Mistakes can happen, especially when training new employees. What makes the difference is how they are handled. Here, management demonstrated honesty, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer service. A big thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for keeping your promises. All's well that ends well!

Excellent experience at Subway! The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. A big thank you to Inès and Christopher for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They took the time to prepare my order with a smile, which really made a difference.

The ladies were very pleasant, and the atmosphere was great; I recommend it to everyone.
