The staff were very welcoming, especially the breakfast staff. The establishment was clean and nicely decorated.

Excellent location, free and ample parking nearby. The hotel has a certain level of class; you're almost surprised to have real keys to open your room door. If I have one piece of advice, it's to opt for the spa package; you won't regret it. The breakfast is superb, served in a beautiful setting. The staff is pleasant. There's a nice bar area with an English-style ambiance.

Although the hotel was far from full, I found it disappointing that I was not given access to my room by noon on the day of my arrival and was asked to wait until 3:00 PM!

We chose this hotel because it seemed very charming, and it's true that the reception area is nicely decorated. Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to this first impression. Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't really explain how the hotel worked or the breakfast arrangements, which gave us a rather cold and unprofessional welcome. Discovering our room was a real disappointment: the decor needs a complete overhaul. It doesn't correspond at all to the Breton theme, which is all the more regrettable given the name and location of the establishment. The still-life painting and the wallpaper with owls create an incoherent and unwelcoming atmosphere. We also encountered several problems with the amenities. The door between the bedroom and the bathroom didn't close completely, which compromised privacy. Furthermore, the sink is very poorly designed: the faucet is badly positioned relative to the basin, making simple tasks like rinsing your face difficult. Adding to this is a significant point: the room rate is expensive for what the hotel actually offers. The value for money is clearly lacking. Fortunately, the bedding was comfortable and the breakfast quite comprehensive, which slightly improves the overall experience, but this is not enough to compensate for the numerous negative points. In short, this hotel has potential but needs significant improvements in its reception, room decor, the functionality of its facilities, and its pricing strategy.
