A quick break in this delightful coffee shop! The pistachio latte is incredibly good! I haven't tried it with cow's milk, but with oat milk, it's divine!

After much deliberation (there are several very nice places in Nantes now 😉), a friend and I chose Le Sugar Blue because I really love their scones 😋. This morning I opted for pancakes and granola on fromage blanc with fresh fruit, as well as a macchiato. Overall, it was satisfying. Good, even. Two minor complaints, however: The pancakes were too soaked in maple syrup. That should be a definite plus. The price was a bit too high for me. I spent €20. It must be a one-off, which is a shame. A smile, on the other hand, seems to be an optional extra, and for me, that's what could make me overlook the minor imperfections… What a pity.

20/12/2025: Excellent kebab! You can immediately tell the white sauce is homemade and the bread is excellent! There's a very pleasant atmosphere and the manager is really nice.
