The food is good; I've ordered four or five times in the last three weeks, but there have been a few disappointments. I always order online for takeout, and sometimes at the counter I encounter a really unpleasant, unwelcoming woman. Aside from the fact that she forgot an item in my order once—I asked for sauce cups, and she dropped them on the floor right in front of me and put them back in the bag as if nothing had happened—I didn't even use them. And finally, yesterday I ordered again, and it turns out my tiramisu was past its expiration date... It's quite disappointing considering how often I've been coming lately.
